SPR# JFOK5U5KXJ - Fixed a problem in OS400 tables for certain language locales. Prior to this fix, the error "Unable to load http server" was received after upgrading to 6.5.1.

This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.
